Bachelor’s thesis: Successful completion of the course Advanced Managerial Accounting

Master’s thesis: Successful completion of the course Executive Compensation and Incentive Systems

For papers with transfer pricing topics: successful attendance of the Managerial and Tax Aspects of Transfer Pricing seminar
Application Deadlines:

1st of March; start of thesis spring (approx. May-November)

1st of May; start of thesis spring (approx. July-January)

1st September; start of thesis fall (approx. November-May)
Application process:

Fill out the e-form on the chair’s website

Transcript of records

Consideration of subject area and submit proposal on topic

Topics are assigned 4 weeks after the deadline

If you are accepted there will be a meeting with the professor/research assistant where you will agree on a topic and then afterwards write a 2–3-page proposal containing an outline and literature, you will be using

When your proposal is approved you will sign a supervision agreement with the chair

The chair will determine your definite project

Tip: it is advised to apply 1-2 semesters before the planned graduation date
