Marketing in a Digital Economy – Prof. Dr. Andrea Giuffredi-Kähr 

Prerequisites: 

  • Enough time: Bachelor’s thesis 540 hours, Master’s thesis 900 hours 

  • Completion of the online literature research course by the University library (7th or 26th of November), book here

  • Participation in introductory course on how to write a thesis offered by the chair: mid-June for spring and mid-December for fall 

Scope: 

  • Bachelor’s thesis: 30 (+/- 3 pages) 

  • Master’s thesis: 40 (+/- 3 pages) 

 

Application period: 

  • Spring: 15. - 30. April; start of thesis mid-June 

  • Fall: 15. - 31. October; start of thesis mid-December 

You will receive an email within two weeks after the deadline stating whether you are accepted or not.  

Topics: 

  • Propose a topic 

  • List of topics to choose from 

Application process: 

  • Provide CV, transcript of records, information on attended marketing courses, information on software/programming knowledge (R, SPSS, Stata, Matlab, SAS, Python) 

  • If you want to propose a topic you also have to hand in a proposal max. 1 page (description of the topic, research question, research gap and why it is relevant) 

  • Confirmation that you will fulfill the prerequisites
